don't buy

Familiarity:: I've put it through the wringer

This shoe is ok for city riding. If you do a bit more aggressive riding it feels super soft, bends easily, hard to unclip and single boa will never tighten enough.

MTB shoe with Boa in the right place!

Familiarity:: I've used it several times

Comfortable, high quality shoe. Positive features: medial ankle protection, boa closure dial on the tongue which lessens odds of breaking it off in a crash decent rubber for off the bike scrambles and good toe box protection good styling Note: Sizing is on the large side. I am a size 42.5 and wear a 43 in Shimano shoes. These shoes fit me well in a size 42.
