Ready to ride
This bike is sick!
Rather its technical rock gardens or big gaps this bike handles it all.
Sketch rock gardens are a like riding through a parking lot on this thing just point it straight down the middle and let off the brakes. Plus its super stable at high speeds and over big jumps. If you want to ride faster this bike is your ticket to the big leagues.
Rolling out to ride
Headed to ride
Update: The M9 has been taking punishment all Spring and now into the Summer. I've VERY impressed with the build quality of both the bike and components that came on it. If you are looking for a bike that loves blitzing down the trail like a freight train, this is the bike for you. Cant say enough great things about how this bike elevates your game. After riding it for a month I now have a banging girlfriend, amazing job, my muscles grew to twice there normal size and I won the lottery. Long story short, buy the M9.. it will change your life.
You ran out of stock on the red intense...
You ran out of stock on the red intense M9 Small. Can you build anymore? Also, are these bikes 2011 models? Thx.
Doesn't look like we'll have anymore coming in stock. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Just unpacked my new M9!
The Evolution Continues
The M9 is the latest creation from Jeff and the team at Intense Cycles. Hand welded in Temecula, CA , the M9 is beautiful piece of welded art with a ride that matches it's looks. Tested for over 16 months before production on the World Cup race circuit by riders like Kovarik and the rest of the CRC Intense Team. The M9 features the ultimate adjustability to fine tune for every type of course/condition possible. Cane Creek Angleset headset included to dial in the HT angle plus adjustable travel from 8, 8.5, 9 inches and 3 different leverage positions! It's a suspension/bike tuning dream. Steep and loose? Slack the HA and set it at 9! Tight w/ lots of pedaling? Steepen the HA, shorten the travel and make it super progressive! Not to mention adjusting the HT angle is a breeze with the Intense allen head system. Just loosen, remove, reinsert desired cups and you're good to go!
The M9 is low and slack to start and craves speed to really perform. This is no weekend warrior style bike! It's burly and built for the toughest of terrain. Just rated the most confidence inspiring and best ride of BIKE magazine's new Bible issue. Need I say more? Jeff and Intense have been building quality DH bikes for years and they've taken all they've learned and packed it into this machine.
Love my new ride! Just like many reviews I read in my research... you feel so comfortable the bike starts making you go faster immediately. Only tweak I have to do is firmer springs in the fork and add grease to the bottom pivots (squeaky out of the box).
