Description

Problem solved.

Your back wheel just ate your derailleur, but don't there's no reason to go cry in the corner. After all, that's why the hanger was made to be replaceable in the first place. With the Ibis Mojo SL-R/HD Direct Mount derailleur hanger, you're able to bolt up a fresh Shimano derailleur and get back to hammering singletrack.

Like the name implies, it's compatible with Mojo SL-R, Mojo-HD, and HD-R frames with a 12x142mm rear axle. The Direct-Mount designation indicates that it's built specifically for Shimano's direct-mount standard. Or, in other words, simply remove the B knuckle adapter from your late model Shimano derailleur, and it'll bolt right up.

Please note that this hanger is only compatible with late-model Shimano derailleurs.

Burly

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This direct mount rear derailleur hanger only works with Shimano rear derailleurs, but removes the B link pivot on the RD to make it a bit simpler. This makes for a stiffer setup (read: improved shifting) and moves the derailleur out of the way a bit more to make for easier removal of the rear wheel. Not to mention it cleans up the back of the bike a bit.

PS - It can take a beating and bend back pretty easily. Better than the normal RD hanger in my opinion.
