Solve your energy-bar problem.

If you've ridden the roads of Belgium, Honey Stinger's Organic Stinger Waffles might remind you of the waffles you'd have inevitably snacked on. But aside from the waffle pattern and round shape, the differences are perhaps greater than the similarities.

Honey Stinger's Waffles are created just for endurance athletes, not merely as a tasty morning snack. And that they're packaged in single serving units makes them easy to carry in your jersey pocket for that moment when you'd like to eat something with a bit of texture. The Stinger Waffles are simultaneously toasty and chewy as you eat them. And unlike bizarre lab-born products, the natural ingredients in the Waffles chew easily and go down quick -- almost too quick. Because they taste so good, you'd like for them to last a bit longer.

Like their other energy foods, the Honey Stinger Waffles rely on honey, nature's energy food, for a majority of the carbohydrate load. The honey is easily digested because it's made of a just-right 1:1 blend of fructose and glucose. It acts quickly to give you a burst of energy and is easy on the stomach. With the waffle, you'll also get carbs from organic wheat and soy flour along with organic cane sugar and rice syrup. Honey Stinger Organic Stinger Waffles are packaged in a box of 16 individually wrapped waffles. They come in Honey, Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, and Strawberry flavors and are a great on and off the bike snack.

  • Comes as a box of 16 individually wrapped waffles
  • Each 30g waffle contains 160 calories
  • The sweet and chewy waffle doesn’t taste like an ‘energy bar,’ and you may catch yourself eating them at home
  • Not safe for cyclists or runners with allergies to wheat, soy, or eggs

  • 16 individually wrapped waffles
  • 160 calories per waffle
  • Contains wheat, soy, and eggs

Sleek and Delicious!

I love that these are not only really friggin tasty, but also very thin. I take 1-2 with me on bike rides and they fit in my jersey pocket without taking up hardly any space! If I had to, I could probably fit 20 of them in one pocket, which is 3,200 calories; there's no way I could fit even half that many clif bars in one pocket. You can't beat the size/shape of these and the caramel flavor is awesome!

    No Home is Safe.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs small

These waffles have taken over my home and are ruining my relationship. I'm a cyclist, and my partner is training for an Ironman. Stingers are hands-down the best endurance food we've tried, and my only regret in purchasing them is that I want them to be bigger. Like pizza-sized.

We're an endurance athlete household. These things are all my partner and I ever talk about anymore, and we have begun to fight over flavors. I believe she's begun hoarding the chocolate waffles, hiding them from me so I'm stuck with the fruit flavors. I haven't figured out where. But I will find them.

    I will.

    Magic in waffle form

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Honey Stinger Waffles are by far my favorite active snack. They don't melt of freeze, they taste great and they don't give me stomach rote. Try them out

    Trail Treat Perfection

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

If you spend a good amount of time on the trail then you likely carry a few snacks with you. After-all you're going to want something that provides a little energy when you start to bonk. These waffles not only provide that energy but they're also delicious. Take a few on your next hike, ride, or run. You won't regret it.

    The best bike/hike/ski snacks ever

I have tried all of the Honey Stinger Waffle flavors over the last few years and I can say with confidence that they are the best bike, hike, ski snacks I've ever had. They don't freeze in the cold or melt in the heat, pack-away easily, deliver a great energy boost and of course taste delicious!

      Must Have Snacks For Adventures

When you're out adventuring sometimes a dry thick granola bar just won't cut it any more. These are an incredible alternative! So yummy and travel well!

We almost can't keep them in the house to last for adventures because they get eaten as snacks so soon!

        Huge Fan

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'm a huge fan of Honey Stinger waffles. I've tried every flavor and get a box regularly. Caramel, Honey, and Gingersnap are my preferred flavors. Throw one in your camelbak for when you need a boost mid-ride.

        SOOO GOOOD!

These are my families number one go to snack! My daughter love the kids waffle and the wife and I love the larger ones. All of the flavors are great! That gingersnap tho!!

          SOOO GOOOD!

          These things taste good.

          • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The reviews here say it all. These waffles are some of the best treats I have tasted. I bought the strawberry flavor.

          Waffles all day. Every day.

I've started to eat these before mountain biking, and I don't know if it's coincidence or correlation, but they are now in my pre-mtn biking ritual.

            Consensus is yum

These make me feel like I'm back in the Netherlands again. So tasty! I bring them in every bag I have basically. I've even caught myself eating the chocolate ones late at night like a dessert. You won't be displeased with these

              The Best!

Don't need to say much, every flavor is good with chocolate being the best. I actually look forward to them while riding.

                Waffle NOM

                • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Barely had time to snag a photo here before I wolfed it down, these things are so good! There's not a whole lot I can add here with almost 200 reviews. Great variety of flavors, easy to stuff in a pocket without being bulky, nice change from gel's or bars.

                • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These waffles are so good I find myself eating them even when I'm not riding. Seriously..they're addicting. The honey flavor is my favorite and they offer a lightweight, tasty snack when you're depleting energy on the trail.

                Really good taste ...

                • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have bought this several times and I love them. I think they do a really good job giving you a spike in energy (based on the carb content) without being too hard on my stomach. I have to be careful not to eat them as snacks on regular non riding days! Only problem is that when I open them there are some crumbs that get stock in the package or fall on the floor and I just hate to waste those little crumbs!

                Crumbly goodness

                • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The waffles can get a little fragile sometimes, but they are still delicious and an excellent source of energy for whatever sport you're into where you need something light that packs a lot of punch. I'd recommend the chocolate, but all the flavors are pretty amazing.
