Light cover for chilly conditions

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs large
  • Size Bought: small

These shoe covers fit easily over size 39 shoes. In fact, they are a bit large. But, for the price (under $10) and as my first overshoe, I'm not complaining. For cold and rainy conditions, these would be insufficient. I've used them a few times and they have nicely kept road muck off my shoes. Recommend for these purposes.

Solid performance

I have problems with blood circulation in my feet, so the minute my feet cold they will stay cold (or even go numb) for most of the ride. These solved that problem perfectly without causing excessive heat to build up inside the cover. Make sure you follow the sizing chart when buying these. I wear an EU43 which falls into their 'Large' category. I didn't think my feet would be labeled as 'Large' and thought the chart might be wrong so I ended up sizing down to a 'Medium' which was a big mistake. I ended up having to send back my pair in exchange for a 'Large'. They also have the possibility of causing irritation on the back of your heel where the zipper is. I've had the problem a couple times but usually I can find a spot where the zipper won't bother me.

    Too fragile to actually use

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've used mine three time and worn through the sole already. I get they're not made for walking around in for long, but I'm not taking them off every time I put my foot down. Also they're sized small. I have size 11 fett and got L should have got XL as the zipper keep open at my calf. Some sort of retainer here would help as the shoe part seems to be the correct size. Wouldn't get another pair.
