If you want to ride through the winter, you'd better cover up. And just like your mom would nag you to wash behind your ears, we're going to nag you about covering them from winter chills. You need a cap that's warm, breathable, and with ample surface coverage -- you need the Hincapie Sportswear Arenberg Brim Cap

Hincapie Sportswear's Arenberg Brim Cap is made from the soft, yet durable, BodE Thermal Loft fabric. The material provides just the right amount of warmth to stave off winter's cold chills. And knowing that your head is a natural ventilation point for body heat, the material is extremely breathable. BodE Thermal Loft also efficiently moves moisture away from the skin. So, you'll be riding warm and dry no matter how high your heart rate gets.

And while the construction is important, the Arenberg's surface coverage is paramount. Following the cut of the hat from the integrated, nylon brim to the center of its back, you'll notice that the fabric flows over the ears and covers more of the nape. This design protects you from both windchill and exposure. The hat has even been given reflective accents to provide a heightened visibility in low-light conditions.

The Hincapie Sportswear Arenberg Brim Cap is available in the color Black and in the sizes Small/Medium and Large/X-Large.

Here's what others have to say...

I love this thing

  • Gender:Male
  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I use this thing from Fall to Spring. Riding, commuting, XC skiing, brewing in the garage... Ear flap down in the 30's and below and up in the 40's. Brim keeps the sun out somewhat. It's so versatile.

How is the ear coverage, I typically have issues with similar hats and the tips of my ears staying covered. Cheers!
