For all conditions.

The Gore Bike Wear Universal 2.0 Arm Warmers are true to their name, providing protection in a wide range of temperatures.

The Universal arm warmers were sewn from a proprietary blend of Gore's nylon/elastane Warmer fabric to provide protection in both hot and cold conditions. This blend is highly wicking, while also retaining its four-way stretch properties. On cold days, of course, the extra layer reduces heat loss at the extremities. On the other hand, in hot weather both the White and Neon Yellow have been designed to reflect the sun's radiant energy to keep your skin cool.

Grippers at the upper arms keep the warmers from slipping down and moving about. Reflective accents have also been added, even to the Neon Yellow, to increase your visibility in low-light conditions.

The Gore Bike Wear Universal 2.0 Arm Warmers are available in sizes X-Small to X-Large, and they come in the colors White, Neon Yellow, and Black.

Hot day awesomeness

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I wear these most in the summer, when I don't like the sun, and the wind destroying my skin. They do not over heat, and do protect against the sun rays. Highly recommended

Disappointed in workmanship

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love Gore fabric and have numerous garments with Goretex and Windstopper. However, I am very disappointed in Gore Bike Wear's apparels. After two rides, the threading on both cuffs came apart. This is the second Gore Bikewear garment that I've experienced his with. The other item was a Phantom jacket. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with Gore Bikewear and will never buy anther garment from them again.

Are these insulated with a fleece or similar lining? Or, are they simply the same weight as your shirt material likely is? I guess I am looking to avoid a situation where I have arms that are substantially more insulated than my core.
