Description

The nicest liner short you'll find.

The Gore Bike Wear Inner Lady Tights + let you wear a comfortable chamois underneath your favorite pair of shorts. After all, we all have a pair of shorts that we love, but that currently don't cut it as riding shorts. Well, you just found a solution.

For the construction of the Inner Lady tights, Gore chose an 80/20 blend of nylon and elastane for the main panels. Basically, this blend combines moisture management with enough stretch to keep you feeling unrestricted in the saddle. This fabric effectively wicks moisture, and by wicking, we mean pulling sweat from the skin to the surface of the fabric in order keep you dry and comfortable. Additionally, these shorts have mesh panels at the side of the legs to provide consistent air flow, keeping your core temperature under control even when you’re pedaling hard.

The Inner Lady tights are designed to be worn under your shorts. And because of their intended use, the inseam is rather short, and the surface of the shorts is smooth to minimize interference between your layers. Gore employs flatlock stitching throughout the tights to fight chafing, while elastic grippers at the leg openings keep them from riding up.

The Contest Lady chamois used in the Inner Lady Plus Tight features an anatomic design that directs pressure away from your sensitive areas. In other words, this insert directs that pressure to your sit bones, where your weight is most effectively supported. Additionally, this seamless insert was built with a contoured shape. So, it will move with you through the motions of cycling instead of bunching or chafing.

The Inner Lady Tights+ are available in six sizes from X-Small to XX-Large and in the color Black.

Great!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I got these in a Large, which for my 5'8" 140 pound body was perfect. They are super comfortable, if a little see-through due to the nature of being a liner and not a stand alone product. They fit great under all the shorts I've worn so far, and keep my tender parts safe from my saddle as I'm bumping over rocks and roots. A+!
