Description

For those who earn their turns.

Gore Bike Wear's Fusion line is made with its finest fabrics for the hardcore mountain biker. The main body of the Fusion Trail short is nylon, which Gore used because of its strength and abrasion-resistance. It also wicks moisture and breathes well to keep you dry and comfortable. A wind- and spray-protection panel in the crotch and center back areas keeps you from soaking through as quickly in wet weather. Gore also added mesh vent panels to promote airflow through the short.

The removable liner short is Gore's Inner Tights Pro Plus. Made with nylon and elastane, the liner is tough and stretchy for comfort and an unlimited range of motion. The chamois is Gore's Power Man, the long-distance workhorse of the line. This seamless, multi-density chamois even has a special outer fabric that improves moisture absorption.

The Fusion Trail Plus short has two front hand pockets and two zippered back pockets. The partially elasticated waist with internal adjustments allows you to dial in the perfect custom fit without a bulky belt. A reflective logo on the back of the shorts makes you more visible in traffic.

The Gore Bike Wear Fusion Trail Plus Short comes in sizes Small through XX-Large. It's available in Graphite Grey/black.

Great airy short

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

Size XL, 6'4", 200lbs.
Great fitting airy shorts. Barely feel them.
Some pointers on getting the most out of them:
1) Pull the zip all the way up other wise the snap will consistently pop open.
2) Pull them up a bit higher than you're used to (just above the waist) and tighten with the side buckles to keep them in place. This will collect what ever slack you have in the crotch that potentially can get caught behind the seat when moving around.
3) I wouldn't suggest storing anything in the two front open pockets. It'll just fly out during your ride.
4) The longer cut fits well over pads (TLD 5450)
