Description

Two kinds of slippery.

More than just aerodynamics, the Giro Stopwatch Aero Shoe Covers were designed to protect your feet from cold weather and moisture during fall and winter rides. The polyurethane coating shrugs off cold and precipitation to keep your shoes clean and your feet warm.

Giro used premium, PU-coated Lycra for the covers' upper to present the wind with a smooth, aerodynamic profile. The locking, ergonomically offset zipper is reflective to make you more visible in evening traffic. Giro even gave the Ultralight Aero Shoe Covers reinforced cleat, toe, and heel zones for many seasons of aerodynamic superiority.

The Giro Ultralight Aero Shoe Covers come in four sizes: S, M, L, and XL, and are available in Highlight Yellow or Black.

Not sure

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

So these look awesome on your feet and perform well as wind socks. They are really tight and a pain to put on even with the zipper. Also they are so tight that each time I ride for an extended period I get blisters on the top of my ankle. So, I like 'em but not sure I would get them again - and if I did I would upsize in hopes that these issues were alleviated.
