I am normally US 11.5 . Based on experience with Italian sizing bought euro 46/US 12. Nice fit except for rub on lump inside of right my ankle from sliding into 3rd base at age 12. (Said base was caste iron post).Lacing allows adjustment, AS with most Italian designs materials are superior, rigid platform for energy transfer. These will be keepers.RB
