Item # GIR002O

Simplicity and comfort.

We understand people who want a simple pair of gloves on their hands, and the Giro Bravo Gloves are just that — a simple glove with durable palm construction, breathable uppers, and Giro's signature three-panel design. The Bravo Gloves will keep your hands wrapped in comfort during training rides and on your daily commute.

The palm of the gloves is made from durable Clarino synthetic leather. The soft, flexible material makes use of a three-piece palm construction that fits the natural curve of your hand and prevents bunching when you grip the bars. Clarino also retains the same breathable properties you find in most microfibers and keeps your hands dry. Gel padding is placed throughout the palms in areas prone going numb, so your hands stay comfortable regardless of your hand position.

Giro uses a breathable mesh on the tops of the gloves that wicks away moisture. The mesh tops also stretch with your hand as you vary your position on the bars. The top of the thumbs are finished with a soft, absorbent microfiber so you can wipe perspiration from your face and glasses without scratching them. The hem of the gloves sits low around the wrist and closes via a hook-and-loop strap to keep them in place.

The Giro Bravo Gloves come in sizes Small to XX-Large and in the colors Black/white/blue, Highlight Yellow/black, Lead/white, Mono Black, and Red/white.

  • Breathable mesh top
  • Microfiber at tops of thumbs
  • Clarino synthetic leather palms

Giro Bravo Gloves

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The gloves fit true to size. They are very durable, with just the right amount of padding and an ample area to wipe your nose/face. The material is well ventilated and you can just throw them in the wash after a ride or two. They will last several years.

Giro gloves rock!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great glove for summer season riding. Have used these gloves for many years with no complaints - long lasting glove that is washable and has excellent padding. The only reason I needed to replace my old ones is that our puppy got a hold of them. Really a great glove when you consider the price. Recommend that you buy two pair and rotate them so that you’re wearing dry gloves for day after day rides. Also allows you to throw one pair in the wash without worrying about going for a ride without a pair. Highly recommend!

Amazing

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I can't say it would be easy to find a better glove especially for the price. They do take about an hour or so on the saddle to break in and stretch out a little but they fit very nicely. The padding is the perfect amount, not to bulky but provide ample absorption. I would say to buy two pairs of these instead of buying gloves that cost twice as much.

nice fingerless glove with good glow!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have both the long finger and short finger versions. I have the med in long finger and wish I had gotten the large. The large fingerless version works well; the gel pads are nice. I don't like pure "no pad gloves" but prefer some padding which this provides. Nice color for cars to see you.

Good Glove, Moderate Padding, Good Value

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've used Giro Bravo gloves for a number of seasons, and they're comfortable, durable, washable, and decently priced.
Also, hi-vis yellow - a little added safety when signalling a turn or stop.
The moderate padding is perfect for me, not too thin, not too thick, and padded in the right places. Good bar feel, no globs of gel getting in the way.
Recommended, and they're machine washable - in the summer I send these through the wash after almost every ride - the gloves really hold up well.
Hang to dry - gloves don't like dryers.
I get two seasons out of two pair. They could probably last a bit longer, but at this price getting a new pair won't break the bank.

Solid Gloves

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Giro makes a great glove! The padding is just right and they provide decent protection. I managed to crash while wearing an older pair of giro gloves and although the gloves were shredded, my palms were not.

My 'Go to' gloves

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have three pair of these that I have rotated over the past 10,000 miles on my bike. They still have many more miles to go. No manufacturing flaws, just the right amount of padding and they fit well-what more could you ask of a glove?

Just bought a 4th pair-still love'em!
