Giordana Silverline Roubaix Sport Women's Tights $0.00
The Giordana Silverline collection is where you'll find the best bang-for-buck in terms of performance, style, and cost. These Women's Silverline Tights are functional and they fit beautifully, but they have a price that is easier to swallow in comparison to the cost-is-no-object Forma Women's Tighs. Aesthetically, many might not notice the difference, as Silverline still meets Giordana's quality standards and their design template.
The central parallel between the Silverline and Forma tights is the fact they both make extensive use of Super Roubaix fabric. Super Roubaix wicks better than standard Roubaix, and stretches a bit less. Better wicking means you stay drier and thus feel warmer. Stretching less means more compression, a gentle squeeze on your leg muscles that should make them feel better and allow you to go harder for longer.
The Silverline Tights are built with a wide, soft, elastic-free waistband to keep them in place on your body as you pedal. The band is something Giordana calls a "roll top" which allows each user to determine the ideal position for the waist. Roll or fold it down so it sits lower on the hips or leave it all the way up for more coverage. The design has already been used in their 2008 Silverline shorts, and has gotten raves.
The Silverline Tights come with the WMC-3 OF insert, their top-of-the-line women's-specific chamois that is seamless, sectional, and stretches. There is reflective piping strategically placed in the back and sides of the tight. The Giordana logo is reflective. There is gripper elastic at the ankle. There are side zippers by the ankle to make getting the tights on and off easier.
- Ample reflective piping to make you more visible
- Roll top waistband can be adjusted to the rider’s comfortable height
- Zippered ankles for easy entry and exit
Note: Giordana cycling apparel has a tight fit, do not expect a baggy or roomy fit.
