Many fitness watches only track your progress. The Vivofit, however, learns your activity level and assigns a personalized, attainable goal each morning. A Move Bar then motivates you to be active throughout the day — it displays as red after an hour of inactivity. Just walk for a few minutes to reset it. If you already use either the Garmin Forerunner or Edge, the Vivofit is ideal to track activity or recovery between training sessions. It counts calories, including base metabolic rate. It even features a sleep mode to track the quality of your rest. The bundle includes a heart rate strap so that every piece of information is measured directly off of your personal metrics. With a simple touch of a button and the included ANT+ USB stick, wirelessly sync the watch with the online Garmin Connect community to track your progress. Garmin Connect may be accessed via your PC or via the downloadable mobile app.
