Energy Compact Handlebar

Not every rider wants the latest weight-shaved, ergo-fit, carbon handlebar in their cockpit. Some prefer aluminum for either durability, cost, or just looks. The Full Speed Ahead Energy Compact Handlebar combines all three.

Constructed from double-buttted and tapered AL7050, the Energy Compact Handlebar features a slightly widened (34mm) flat top for comfortable palm placement during long steady rides. The center 120mm section was kept round making it easier to attach it to the stem as well as to mount accessories such as GPS units or lights. FSA constructed a bar that is stiff, and it's strong enough support you in the heat of a 1000-plus watt sprint to the finish.

It features a shallow 125mm drop with an 80mm reach. In addition, the drops have been canted out by 4 degrees so that your wrists are more comfortable for long rides.

The FSA Energy Compact Handlebar weighs in at 269 grams. And will fit 31.8mm bars. It is available in two widths 42cm and 44cm in Black Alloy.
