You shouldn't need a crank puller for a megaexo crankset.
The Park Tool site has pretty comprehensive instructions on installing and removing various cranksets here:
These are nice BBs. They have good sealed bearings in them and the hold up pretty well too. Take care of them though, don't just hose your bike off after a muddy ride and let it sit. Take the time to pull your cranks off (its really easy with this type of FSA crank) and clean things right and keep everything lubed. If you do this is will give you lots of good riding. If you abuse it and let water sit in there you will destroy it.
