Go from big boy to superhero with the flick of a switch.

Fox cranks up the travel on the Talas 36 to a DH-worthy 180mm. The Talas still caters to the pedal-uphill crowd, though. With a flick of the crown-mounted switch, the Talas drops to 140mm, lowering the front end and increasing leverage for climbing.

  • Top-mounted high-speed and low-speed compression damper knob for on-the-fly adjustment
  • FIT RC2 inverted damping provides better steering control and reliable, fade-free damping
  • Kashima Coat stanchions give you stiction-free performance and greater durability on the most vulnerable component of a suspension fork
  • The lowest axle-to-crown distance available in a 180mm fork

The Perfect All Mountain Fork

This fork is a dream. Gives you the advantage of both short and long travel so you can change your bike's geometry for the ups and downs. Very very smooth on the downhills. Doesnt have the initial lag that some of the older models have. Fox gives you plenty of tuning options what with the high and low speed compression and rebound settings they Fox doesnt leave you wanting anything! I've got this installed on my Nomad and it's a hellofa ride! I'll be putting this fork on all of my all-mountain rigs for years to come.
