The 2016 Fox 34

The 2016 Fox 34 fork is considerably lighter than its predecessor yet still loaded with features the new FiT4 3-position damper cartridge. Open, medium and firm compression damping settings allow for on-the-fly adjustment for any trail conditions and Factory Series forks feature twenty-two additional clicks of low-speed compression adjust for further fine-tuning.

How to Set Your Sag

Sag is one of the most crucial adjustments you must make to your Fox suspension to make it function properly. The amount of sag you should run is dependent on your riding style and preferences, but Fox recommends starting with 25% of your fork or shock's full travel.

Dust Wiper and Bath Oil Service

Performing regular maintanence on your Fox suspension will prolong its life and keep it feeling plush. One of the more important yet simple (if you are somewhat handy) services you can perform on your fork is the replacement of the dust wipers and bath oil.

Fox recommends doing this, along with a full rebuild of the damper and air spring, after every 125 hours of use or annually (whichever comes first).
