Fox Racing Rampage DH Helmet $0.00
Come up smiling with all of your teeth in place—wear the Rampage DH.
Ever notice that moment right after you leave the bike, but before you hit the ground, when you actually have the clarity of mind to think, "This is looking pretty bad ... I wonder if I have enough money for an ER visit?". That's the exact moment you'll be glad you're wearing Fox Racing's Rampage DH Helmet. Fox figured if they make helmets that survive freestyle moto-x falls, they can make one for your sorry ass, so that's what they did. Modeled after their V3 motocross helmet, the Rampage DH has a vented fiberglass shell over EPS hard foam, soft cheek pads, a synthetic suede lining, and a double D-ring chinstrap. Nope, it ain't light next to your XC lid, but it'll save your grill, ace.

I bought this in my local store and as my first FF helm I wanted to try them on to get the perfect fit. this helm is great I took plenty of nasty falls with it. could use a bit more ventilation (I live in south Florida so it gets HOT) but I cant be picky :p all in all awesome helm and for the price its deff worth it.
Not perfect, but pretty damn cool.
Just got my helmet in today. Looks great, light, fits true. Coming from the original Fox Pilot full face from 1999, it's pretty easy to see the changes in padding since then. The Pilot was a DOT/Snell cert helmet so it is easy to see the differences in protection, coverage, fit, and build when comparing to a bicycle full face. The quality is pretty nice, looks a little more cheap than my Pilot, but in all fairness my Pilot was $300. Fit is true to Fox sizing, Pilot was small, Rampage is small. No movement and very secure on my head, and once the padding settles in this is gonna be a perfect fit. Only real complaints are cheap hardware and mine came with a big fat paint run on the top. Looking forward to raging with this next season, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially at sale prices!
My son loves his helmet. Very hip.
Previously had a 661 Evo helmet and I returned it for this one. I was a medium in 661 and a Large in Fox (for a size reference) The Fox helmet is awesome. Removable and soft inner liner is very comfortable. Nice and thick cheek pads for us skinny guys. And it's fox so it's a reputable company.
it is a great helmet
i legit saw this helmet save a frends life this past summer, it didnt look the same after the crash, but it took one heck of a hit and saved my best buds life. thank you Fox l..l,
Fit too narrow
The fit of this helmet is for narrow faces. If you don't have a narrow face then your cheeks will be squished!! Super uncomfortable. I first ordered a Large and had this problem. Thought it would be better if I ordered an XLarge, but STILL too narrow! I now have the Giro Remedy in Medium.
Fit is true to size. If you have ever owned fox helmet before go with that size. Helmet vents well, very comfortable liner. Great feild of vision, fits with spy goggles perfectly

How much does this helmet weigh? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Somebody please help.
Great question Vincent. I always dont like when I cant find important info. like helmet weights. I do believe Josh Chapman is correct, but you could always contact Fox yourself. They have great customer service reps.

Anyone know how Smith Intake goggles fit with this helmet? They fit fine in a 661 evolution, but were too big in a Troy Lee D2. Also, is the whole inner liner removable for washing?

My head size is about 58 cm, then what size of the helmet is right for me, especially of which color is fox siliver?
you are a medium
Great helmet. It breathes pretty nice for a full face. Good for the money.
I've only tried this helmet on but heres my tips on sizing...
-My head is 159 cm and the large was too tight. had to go to the XL
-I wear a XL bern helmet, or a L in specialized
-You are probably one size larger with fox than giro from my experience.
I like it!
This is my first full face MTB helmet. I have a big head, so I had to trim a little foam from the top to get rid of a pressure point. After that it fit perfect. The helmet it is light weight. You really don't feel it after wearing it for a little bit. I would recomend it.
I have tried many different DH/FR type downhill helmets and I don't think you can find a better one for the money. Fox's sizing is a bit smaller than Giro or Bell, so I had to go with an XL, but it works perfect so far. Keep an eye on Chain-Love for the best deals on this and other products.
The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 stars is that it lacks the quick release type chin strap. Nonetheless, a great helmet that I hope to not have to 'use' very often!
Best Bang relief for your Buck
best priced for the abuse it can take, will definetly order another after it gets banged up enough!!!
Good Fox helmet that offers extra protection.
Fit was fine in regards to the measuring chart. Only complaint is that the cheek pads are VERY tight and uncomfortable the first couple times you use it. I was a bit concerned the fit was off at first but the overall fit (of the helmet to head) was great. After a couple uses the cheek pads have compressed a bit and it is much more comfortable to wear. Ventilation is decent but you'll still find yourself taking it off between hard trails where a lot of effort/energy is needed. Overall a great helmet and worth the buy. Fox puts out great stuff.

Is this helmet made for a bicycle or for a 4 wheeler motorcycle?Steve
Only for a bicycle. Not rated for anything motorized! These are technically for Downhill mountain biking. Non D.O.T. approved. (Department of Transportation). Great for skiing, snowboarding, down hill mountain biking. I would look at another helmet if you are "getting your moto on".
