Tough enough for race day.

Tough enough for free riding without feeling like a boxing glove on singletrack, Fox Racing's Dirtpaw Race Gloves use years of experience to keep you connected to the bike and comfortable on the trail. Fox starts with lightweight, breathable uppers, then uses a lightly padded Clarino synthetic leather palm to help lessen hand and wrist fatigue on rough sections of trail. It then reinforces the backs and cuffs of the gloves with direct-inject rubber to add protection during crashes. Neoprene knuckles and silicone fingertip printing ensure you'll still have ample dexterity on the bars while maneuvering through tight sections of trail, while a hook-and-loop closure lets you adjust the gloves so they stay secure without any distracting fit issues on race day.

Awesome gloves

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I had these from a few years ago, and they finally died. Got the new version, and they are just as good. They added the grippy fingertips on your lever fingers, but the velcro on the wrist is a bit snugger (harder to get on). Overall, great gloves.

Glove up and get going!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I absolutely love these gloves. They are pretty cheap, but not cheap in quality. I have used these several times, taking spills on occasion, and my hands are still fully protected. I also found that they cut vibrations from your bike and make it a lot easier to hold on. They would get five stars but the rubber out lining "FOX" on the yellow gloves turns yellow almost immediately after your first day on the trail. I believe that this is from the sun so there is not much escaping it. Despite the color change, I will definitely be getting another pair once these are shot. Most likely in a color other than White though.

Best Gloves I've Used

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I love these gloves. They're durable, provide adequate protection, my hands don't get too hot, and they look good too. I got the red ones!

Great gloves

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

Bought these as a gift for a close friend, and he loves them.

The gloves provide great protection and aren't too heavy. They are durable, and the build quality is solid.

They seem a little pricey to me as I think our backcountry branded gloves are a better value, but these are still solid.

Favorite MTB gloves

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: S

I own 2 pairs and my next pair will be another Dirtpaw.
Thick enough that I feel protected, but not so heavy that I lose dexterity or sweat a ton. I wear them spring summer and fall. Their a little too thin for winter riding in the north east.
I prefer a men glove because I have wider thin hands.
I'd wear a M women but wear a S men and it's perfect.
