Arione VSX Carbon Braided Saddle

Based on the now classic Arione shape, the Fizik Arione VSX Carbon Saddle features a generous channel down the middle and ample padding to accommodate riders who benefit from additional pressure relief while riding.

The Versus range of saddles makes use of thicker foam than their standard Fizik counterparts, and this padding is specifically arranged to provide extra cushioning to your sit bones. The Versus X designation indicates that this Arione employs the deepest relief channel of the Arione line, measuring 20mm compared to the 7mm channel included on the Arione Versus. The rear wings of the saddle extend to 132mm, a width which generally suits riders with medium-width sit bones, while the entire saddle measures a generous 300mm in length, providing space for ample fore-aft movement as you adjust your position in the saddle throughout a long ride.

Fizik builds the Arione VSX on a carbon-reinforced nylon shell in a design termed WingFlex, referring to the saddle's ability to flex during the pedal stroke to allow for a broader range of leg motion while pedaling. The rails are braided carbon, which display the impressive strength-to-weight ratio and vibration-dampening effects that have made them a staple in the professional ranks.
