Making your double-wide look good.

One way to store your fatty is to deflate the tires and balance it on its own the rims. It'll work, but we definitely don't recommend it. A better way is with Feedback Sports FATT RAKK. It's optimized for 3 - 5-inch-wide bicycle tires and the cones can be adjusted for the best fit. Like the regular RAKKs, the FAT uses a spring mounted arm to hold the front or back wheels. It doesn’t touch the spokes, rim, or rear derailleur and the modular design plays nicely with your other RAKKs.

  • Steel construction
  • Adjustable for 3- to 5-inch tire widths

great for fat bikes

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Finally pulled the trigger on a couple of these (and one for regular bikes) as they were on sale. If you've got a fat bike, you know they don't fit on any tire hooks or floor racks for typical wheels in your garage. Its held my fatbike well when shod with both 5" and 3.8" tires. I've got my 29+ (3" tires) in the other fatt rakk. Lastly--I have a full squish in the regular bike rakk. All three fasten together (side by side) with no tools needed and keep my bikes held securely in a small space without falling or scratching my car.

Good for 29

Fit 29 inch tires and hold bikes steady

Good product.

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Very well built. I have 4.5" tires and it just barely fits in stand so I doubt a 4.8-5.0" would fit.

Great for 3.8" tires

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Just got it in today -- stand is very sturdily built and fits my Salsa Mukluk with Surly Nate 3.8" tires no problem. Love the minimalist style, it doesn't interfere with the cassette or rear derailleur and makes my bike look like it's in a showroom. Only caveat is that there is only about 0.5" of width leftover, so a bike having 4.8" tires might be too tight a squeeze.
