For over five years, Enve has been re-engineering the face of carbon design. Not so long ago, it was feared that carbon was too delicate for any meaningful application in mountain biking. However, the Enve Sweep Bar exposes this notion as a mere rumor. More than just a technical carbon design, the Sweep Bar has an exceptional shape and a sophisticated laminate. The Sweep Bar's high-vibration absorbency will make those miles of rock-strewn dirt ahead of you much more comfortable.

The Enve Sweep Bar is developed by riders for riders. Utilizing extensive feedback from the trail, the Sweep Bar design represents a perfect equilibrium between weight and strength. A mere 175 grams of impeccable carbon, the Sweep Bar is light enough for big climbs, yet durable enough for catching big air. At the same time, the trimmable 27.5-inch-wide bar stance provides flexible comfort in the dirt, and the nine degree rearward sweep keeps your wrists in a relaxed, neutral position.

The Enve Sweep Bar is available in the color Black and in a 740mm width. It features a nine-degree sweep and zero rise. Please note that this bar is only compatible with 31.8mm clamp diameter stems.

  • 31.8mm clamp diameter, 740mm width
  • Zero rise is ideal for 29ers and bikes with tall front ends
  • Vibration absorbing carbon layup

you get what you pay for

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

light and stiff. a bit on the narrow side for today's standards, but awesome nonetheless. I put it on this pump-track/flow bike that I just built myself!

Enve equipment is worth every penny.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have historically shied away from Enve due to cost but I finally took the plunge on the Sweep bars and Seatpost. It's amazing how light their gear is given how stiff and durable the stuff is. I am a clydesdale at 195 pounds and I hammer my gear hard. I set these bars up at 740 and on an all out uphill hammer I felt no flex, I am mean no flex at all as compared to my older 3T aluminum bars. Well worth the premium price. Well done Enve.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I really like this bar for the riding I do.

The 700mm width works for me, and the sweep lets the bar be where my hands want it to be. While there may be lighter carbon bars, I feel that I can sacrifice the grams for something that I know will be durable and can take a beating ride after ride. If you want a flat bar with sweep, you can't go wrong.
