Item # ENV0013

Description

For some, a seatpost is just a post that holds a seat. But for those who spend every minute of their free time in the saddle, a seatpost is both a last line of defense from vibration and a direct extension of power. The Enve Seatpost gives you both in a sleek, minimalistic presentation. The sophisticated carbon layup makes the Enve Seatpost is the ultimate all-rounder for anyone who demands perfection from their components.

The Enve Seatpost is molded from one piece of carbon fiber. The streamlined minimal design provides a stiff lightweight seatpost that's as well suited for the dirt as it is for the road. The Seatpost boasts an alarmingly low 190 gram weight (31.6mm model), and a recessed single-bolt design that permits one-handed adjustments. The cradle provides plenty of room for fore, aft, and angular saddle adjustments.

The Enve Seatpost is available in a 400mm length, and in three sizes from 27.2mm to 31.6mm. The Seatpost is available in the color Black, and features a 25mm offset. Every Enve Seatpost is handmade in the USA, and includes hardware for use with standard rails as well as over-sized carbon rails.

Whats the difference between this model and the twin bolt design?

Responded on

The difference lies in which saddle rails they will fit. Side clamp are only going to fit circular saddle rails, while the top mounted design will be able to handle the oval 7x9 braided rails which some companies are using now. The twin bolt is a more universal design.

Do you have the newer split style clamp version of the ENVE post yet? It is being shown on their website as available.

Form meets function

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Great product. Rigid yet light. The seat clamp is a real beauty and highly functional. I bit of a chore to get the saddle on but it has really clean lines once it is on. I ride with the saddle laid back a bit and at 12Nm my saddle kept slipping back. I had to ratchet the torque up to 15Nm to fully lock down my saddle. The 25mm offset is great. Just love this seatpost. I am definitely becomming an Enve loyalist for the quality of product they build. Wheels will be next...

Everything Enve makes is amazing, this is no exception.

Enve is the best.

Simply the best. This seatpost is lighter than a comparable Thomson (note that the Masterpiece doesn't come in a length nearly this long), and offers a better ride (more vibration dampening). It comes with ENVE's name and warranty. It looks hawt. It performs perfectly. There is nothing to compare to. To paraphrase Ferris, if you have the means, I highly recommend it.
