Lightweight, durable, and almost perfect

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I prefer pants over shorts for riding in almost any weather due to the insane amount of sagebrush in Utah, but it's rare that pants don't feel stifling in the summer heat. Enter the MT500 Burner Lites! These things fit super well and breathe even better, plus they're perfect for people with long inseams like me (31.5in). My only gripe is that the waist closure isn't the most secure since the zipper doesn't lock at the top, but this seems to be more of an issue off the bike than on the bike.

Comfy Light Pants (Great for being Tall)

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I've finally found a pair of women's MTB pants that I actually like and don't feel like high-waters with my long legs. I bought a Medium, I usually wear a size 28 pant and have 30-31 inseam (they are a little loose on me, but I don't like super-tight pants while riding, plus when I have a chamois on underneath they fit like a dream) First impressions, they are super light-weight and insanely comfortable. There is a small zipper coming up the front with 2 snap buttons. They have low-profile & adjustable velcro straps along both of the front sides of the waistband. There is one zipper pocket on the back of the pants that I didn't really use, I did use the two zipper pockets on the front of the pant to hold my phone, chap stick, small things like that. The pants are durable enough that when my dog jumps up on me, she doesn't scratch them or leave any marks. I will be buying these in the black color too!
