As its name suggests, the Qubo Power Fluid Trainer uses a flywheel immersed in oil to allow for high resistance levels at various speeds. The frame folds and unfolds quickly and easily for stress-free setup whether you're traveling with it for starting area warm-ups or leaving it set up in your basement. Either way, the Trainer Pack's included riser block and mat are nice extras if your workout area has seen better, cleaner days. When you're ready to mount your bike, Elite's uncomplicated Fast Fixing System allows you to secure the frame in one motion, keeping things simple so you can start your workout rather than spending half an hour figuring out a complicated design.

Once your bike is on the trainer, you can just start spinning. The Qubo will automatically calibrate the roller pressure based on your body weight, and Elite's Compass system moves it slightly as you start riding to simulate the feel of riding on the road.
