The big difference between Deda Elementi's Zero1 Stem and the more expensive Zero100 models are the materials used in the screws. The Zero1 specs steel hardware, where its higher end models use titanium fasteners. This comes with a nominal weigh gain (fewer than 25 grams, to be precise), but saves you a bundle and nets a bit more durability. The difference between the Zero1 and their lightest stem is less than 25 grams.
Other than that difference, the Zero1 is virtually the same as its lighter counterpart in angles and lengths. It also benefits from the same 3D forging, which creates an aligned grain structure for stiffer, more reliable material. Not that 6061 alloy really needs any extra help, but you'll appreciate the promise of extra dependability on fast descents or rough roads.
