De Marchi Pro Short Sleeve Jersey $0.00
Representing 50 years of perfection.
If you're like us, your heart bleeds more Pink than Yellow. In simpler terms, there's just an undefinable attraction towards the panache and bravado of Italian cycling's heritage. Well, we guess that it was undefinable until pieces like the De Marchi Pro Short Sleeve Jersey came around. Now, there's something that you can touch, hold, and use that represents the best quality of Italian cycling: Dedication to detail.
The Pro jersey represents the latest evolution in De Marchi's warm-weather cycling line. Made from the Dry3 Micro fabric, the Pro is lightweight, airy, and highly breathable. And not surprisingly, it owes these attributes directly to the Dry3's composition. This material features a hollow-core fiber construction that not only promotes rapid moisture management, but as you would expect from something hollow, an extremely light overall weight. Additionally, the open knit design of the fibers makes the jersey an efficient thermo-regulator. This means that the more that your core temperature rises, the faster excess heat is evacuated from jersey. And if you feel like your heat's not escaping fast enough on an HC climb, the jersey has a full-length front zipper for heat dumps.
For the fit, the Pro jersey features one of the most sophisticated and legendary design patterns in the business. De Marchi calls this its Contour Technology, but you can call it perfection. Contour is essentially a three dimensional design process that accounts for both your body in motion and, more importantly for fit, in the cycling position. Basically, this has been achieved through a rather amazing amount of paneling and cooperation with the fabric's limitations and stretchable qualities. So, you can expect the same degree of support, stretch, and coverage regardless of if you're climbing on the hoods or buried in the drops. And for added piece of mind towards your precision fit, every De Marchi piece is Oeko-Tex quality control certified and handmade in Italy from 100% Italian fabrics.
For the storage of your ride essentials, De Marchi has provided three ample rear pockets.
The De Marchi Pro Short Sleeve Jersey is available in six sizes from Small to XXX-Large and in the colors Blue, Neon, Red, and White.

What community has to say
Great Jersey. Runs small.
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
The quality and fit of this SS jersey made in Italy is really superb. The stitching is flawless. The fabric is really nice: just the right thickness (not too thick, not too thin), and breathes really well. The interior of the jersey has a really nice soft (brushed?) nap. And the jersey looks great in all the colors.
How's the sizing? This is always critical. I am 5'9" (175 cm) and 180 lbs (81 kg). I usually wear a size L in USA clothing (35/36 waist). In this short-sleeve jersey, the L was too small. The XL was appropriately snug around the torso (pro fit) to prevent flapping in the wind. And the shoulders were perfect. But I bought the XXL. My biceps are large. The XXL fit was better here. And still the fit is appropriately snug around the torso (semi-pro fit). Fit is personal.
Buy it and go ride!
all around goodness
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
5'11", 185 the large fits well, nicely built, very light material for those hot days. wider middle pocket holds bigger items easily, reflective tabs nice too. got the white, it's nice that it's black around the neck where lighter colored jerseys always get stained from sweat and dirt. at the sale price i wish i'd bought a dozen.
Very nice jersey

Im 5-9 185 and the XL fits nicely. Cant think of anything bad to say about this jersey.
Nice summer jersey
I'm 5'10, 156LB and the size medium fits great.
This jersey fits great. I'm 5'7", 140lbs, and I got a small. I don't like the Euro "skin tight, inhale while you zip it up fit", and the small is perfect. It doesn't flap in the wind or have lots of loose creases. I got this as a lightweight summer riding jersey, and it fits the bill great. Rear pockets are big enough for a packable jacket, tube, pump, phone and snacks. De Marchi still makes all their stuff in Italy, and the fabric quality shows.
does this jersey have mesh ventilation...
does this jersey have mesh ventilation on the sides ?
I've been interested in this brand for women, of course...
Looked on Competitivecyclist.com, and all they state is that this jersey has "underarm vents". If you go to Comp.cyclist, you can get real good pics front/back of all cycle wear & great close-ups, too. On the close up it looks like the underarms are the same material as the rest of the jersey.
Check it out, or just call them; but keep this affiliated site in mind when you want to see better shots of any bike wear!
Also too, sometimes they have a little different offerings; and SOMETIMES, their size charts differ from B.C...and in that case, I have found that Competitivecyclist.com is closer to a true fit.
Hope this Helps!
great fit, near perfect jersey
- Gender: Male
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Wow. This is how a jersey should fit! The arms are the perfect length and not too tight, the torso is fitted, and the pockets are the right size & in the right place. I'm 5'9", 140lbs, slightly wider shoulders, 39" chest, 30" waist, and a M is perfect.
The fabric is very, very thin, which will be great in the summer, but I thought I'd note it.
