When it's cold, but not cold enough for full-on tights, pull on the DeMarchi Contour Plus Ultra Bib Short. The brushed interior grabs onto body heat to keep you warm, and the EIT C11 chamois makes the saddle seem a little softer.

Here's what others have to say...

When a little more is just right

Maybe a luxury to have roubaix bib shorts, but if you have them, you like them. The fit is nice, with a clever design chamois- fits your body, with not too much padding sticking up your back where it does no good. The legs are shorter than some others. Made in Italy. This brand rocks. Understated, well made, just right. Not full on winter (as you'd expect), but nice for those cooler morning rides when you want your, umm, parts, to remain unfrozen. 6ft, 180, size L. Agree the straps are not perfect- a bit thin. But nothing to dissuade you.

    Great cold weather bibs

Nice mid-weight roubaix fabric which is moderately compressive. Excellent, very comfortable leg grippers. 5' 6 1/2" 145 lbs and medium fit perfectly. Legs are slightly on the short side. Chamois extremely comfortable but very large and quite thick so those who like minimal chamois will not like these. Makes dynamite combination with any fleece knee or leg warmer. For this price should have flat-locked stitching throughout and better shoulder straps since these are pretty ordinary. Also, the thick rubber DeMarchi name tag on the right leg which you can see in the picture sticks out a half inch and is immensely strange and just begs to be cut off. Overall I really like these.

Ditto on these bibs. I also found them to be mid-weight, somewhat compressive. Very comfortable, super soft material on the inside panels, chamois has flat lock stitching. The design and panels seemed to keep everything in place, a snug fit where it is needed, the chamois also felt as if it stayed in place, unlike other bibs I've tried where the chamois had more movement while riding and needed to be readjusted, not the case here. I'm 5'91/2, 150 lbs and the medium was a perfect fit. Wore these bibs with leg warmers and there was never a problem with the silicone leg grippers, they stayed in place....... Made in Italy....
