De Marchi Contour Bib Shorts $0.00
Shorts for the scorchers.
Comfort can be defined in many ways. One is experiencing no sense of restriction in your bibs. This is what spandex shorts originally offered, and it's what De Marchi is putting on the back table right here, with their Contour Bib Shorts.
The main feature of these bibs is the Pro Grade Extra Stretch fabric that comprises most of the six-panel ergonomically-cut shorts. This spandex has 20% elastic content to give it a softer, more generous stretch that results in a fit that's less compressive than their other shorts. And for many people, the idea of wearing tight shorts is antithetic to what they want from cycling bottoms.
The Tour Elastic Interface Technology (EIT) chamois is where you sit. It's a segmented multi-density pad that offers the most protection toward the rear as the pad thins as toward the front. De Marchi calls it minimalist; we say it's the most traditional pad De Marchi offers.
The bib straps are made of mesh so that you barely notice them at all. At the bottom cuffs you'll find external Jacquard grippers lined with gel strips to keep the legs in place as you ride. Reflective tabs are sewn into the seams on the back of the legs to help you be more visible in low light.
The De Marchi Contour Bib Shorts are Black and sizes run from Small to XXX-Large.
- Multi, pre-shaped panels provide muscle support, facilitates moment, and reduces friction
- Elastic EIT Tour short pad uses high-density open-cell foam for excellent cushioning
- Stretchy ProGrade fabric uses open-weave construction for perspiration-transfer and muscle support
- Non-constrictive external leg grippers prevent migration while pedaling

These are my go-to everyday bibs. The fabric is silky, the chamois neither too thick nor thin, the workmanship superb. Once they're on, you don't feel them and you don't think about them. I've had them since early spring -- maybe 3,500 miles on these -- and they show no signs of wear. The realcyclist size chart is off. Look at competitivecyclist before you buy. These are sized slightly smaller than most brands. I'm 5'10", 155 pounds, and a large fits nicely.
First ride in these was 65 miles. Very comfortable, good fit, leg bands not too tight. Super comfortable chamois. One of the best values in a bib short I have found. sually ride Hincapie or Castelliv- these outshine both.
Best Bib for the Price
Great fit and chamois, and at a killer price.
The quality is so much better than most for the same price.
Only thing they seem hot with the high cut. But makes for a good cold weather bib. Happy I bought them.
