Is there anyway to attach this to the bicycle?

waste of money

This pump sucks, it didn't work right from the get go. he bad part is that it would cost more to ship it back then it costs. don't waste your money pay a little more for a good pump that works

    Didn't work when it counted

When I first got the pump, I tested it and it worked fine. I was riding in El Tour De Tucson and got a flat. The pump refused to work (my Presta valve opening seemed too small). Luckily, Tour officials came by and even they couldn't get it working and let me use their pump instead (and saved my butt!). I hadn't used it since I tested it and the mouth of the pump has always been capped, so I doubt there's anything I could have done to damage it. I'm thinking maybe the Tucson heat expanded the pump's rubber gasket, making it too tight and unusable. I'm debating on whether or not to send it in to be replaced via its lifetime warranty or just throw it away, because I'm not sure if I can ever trust it again for an important ride.

      Good pump.

The pump works good but there is a wierd design i find that when your pumping a tire that air will come out the other hole on the pump as well so sometimes ou got to block it with your finger but its still a good pump, and a life time warranty cant beat that!

        Almost perfect...

This pump is fantastic! Accept... on my Fuji Odessa 1.0 it will not seat properly on either the horizontal or vertical water bottle locations without the pedals hitting it. But, no worries as the pump is so light, I will just throw it in my bag and carry it anyway.

yes, I just purchased the Cutter Bellringer Dual Stage Pump and I have a question, when I was checking out the site states that the item qualified for free shipping. When I process the purcahase and paid, it charged me for shipping. Can you correct it?

I believe you have to have purchased $50 or more of qualifying gear from this site to qualify for the free shipping. I could be wrong, though. Feel free to chat the guys here! They are goodfellas!

          How this pump works

This pump is as efficient and even more efficient than other comparable brands. (You can get over 100psi with this and maybe 70psi from the crankbrothers alloy power pump pro)

            To inflate tire:
            - Be sure to hold the valve in the desired hole while locking the lever in place (or else the valve stem might get pushed out).

            - Push AND pull the full length of the shaft (This pump is more efficient because it pumps air in when you push AND when you pull).

Remembering those two things will ensure desired tired pressure.

what the story with this pump?

is it user error, or does this thing not work at all? I got this on chain love, and am looking for a "how-to" online thinking I was just doing something wrong. Cutter, help us out.

Check out the post dated June 21. This pumps air when the rider pushes and pulls which may feel kinda funny at first but really when you think about it you are getting air in twice as fast. Also be sure the valve is inserted all the way and held in place while you lock the lever.

              No Good

This pump never worked from day one. When trying to pump up a presta valve, it won't even begin to pump air into the tube. Not sure what's going on with it. If you got one that worked, I'm sure it would be an ok pump. Size is good and weight is descent.

i have tried this pump, and was alarmed to see your comment. it works great for me, and pumps more air faster because it pumps when you push, and pumps when you pull.
try again... really make sure you push the head onto the valve when you lock it on, and use full strokes for the most air.

Spencer Marr, all cutter products carry a lifetime warranty. Sounds like you are not into it? Return it for your $ back.

It will get the job done

Nothing fancy about this pump. It gets the job done but it kinda takes a little longer. I don't trust the gauge on the pump though cause it's always reading low compared to my seperate gauge. But in a fix it will get ya back and going again and if that's what ya need than the price is right and I would get it.

                  not bad for the pice

this pump is fairly small, light and is more efficient than some other pumps i have used. my pressure gauge does not work and has not worked since i received it. sounds like other reviewers have the same issue with this pump. considering the price, i would purchase another one if i needed one, but if you like to have a very accurate pressure reading keep in mind the gauge on this is not top notch.

                    Works...pretty much.

Decent construction, and pretty quick inflation but the gauge doesn't seem to work as you pump. If the tire is inflated, and you clip this on, it will give you the pressure, but it does not increase while pumping...weird. In any case, it's super light and will be great as an emergency pump for on the trail. Didn't expect too much from a $10 pump anyway, so still a good purchase.

                      its a pump

This isn't my favorite pump. It is dual stage but doesn't seem much quicker than my single stage pump. It is nice that you don't have to change the head from shrader to presta so its nice to have in your pack, however, the PSI gauge doesn't seem to work at all.

Pretty handy to have on your bike in case the tire looks a bit low. it is just a handheld pump, so don't expect huge amounts per pump. But it is dual action so it pushes air in with both in/out motions. I reccomend it for a emergency pump
