Keep those fingers happy.

Aligning itself between the heavy-duty insulated winter gloves and the thin liner varieties, Craft's new Storm Gloves strike an effective balance for cold and wet riding conditions. They were designed to protect your hands from the elements, yet they maintain a sleek anatomic design.

The Storm Gloves were made using a two-part barrier system. The outer-shell fabric was made with Craft's C417 multi-stretch neoprene material. This fabric effectively shields the backs of your hands from both water and cold winds, while still allowing a full range of movement at the handlebars.

For the palm panels, Craft applied its water-protective C416 softshell fabric. This soft material is composed of a polyester and elastane blend, which allows your fingers to smoothly wrap the levers. The inner-lining of the Storm gloves uses a brushed-back fleece that wicks moisture away from the skin and provides a soft-to-the-touch comfort. Working together, these materials form a glove that provides efficient insulation and protection from the elements.

Craft finished off the gloves with pull-tabs on the elastic cuffs and reflective elements on the backs of the hands. Additionally, silicone accents were added to the palms and fingers for enhanced grip.

The Craft Storm Gloves are available in six sizes from X-Small to XX-Large and in the color Black.

Comfortable, but longevity issues?

These gloves were great, comfortable and not too bulky, while still offering a lot of warmth.

Unfortunately with my particular pair after about a year the inner stitching has started to come apart and underneath is a sharp plastic-feeling material that stabs into my fingers. They're practically unwearable now, every day i find a new section poking through and have to dull it down.

Love these gloves!

Gloves are thin yet super warm. Fleece lining inside is nice and does a good job at stopping wind. So far worn gloves at temps down to 40°F with 15mph winds and hands were still toasty.

Just to level set everyone when gloves first arrived the material felt very stiff and it was a bit tight around the fingers (stiff & tight to the point where I was second guessing whether to keep them). I decided to give them a shot anyways, after several wears & washes I'm happy to say "they're broken in" and now very comfortable. I'm glad I kept them.

Nice warm fingers

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

I was in the market for a not-so-bulky winter glove that could keep my fingers warm. The options out there were like snow gloves. Enter these Craft Neoprene gloves, they work like a charm and are not much thicker than the baselayer/underglove of those bulky winter mitts.

Good Warm Glove

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I got these last winter when my gore bike wear gloves were not cutting it. I have been happy with the purchase. I wear them by themselves down into the 20s. Below that I add a polypropylene liner and can go into the single digits. I am comfortable into the 40s with this glove. I wear them in the rain and my hands stay dry and warm, sometimes too warm. They are also comfortable gloves. The design was well thought out.
