Craft ORICA GreenEDGE Replica Bib Shorts - Men's $149.95
Get your edge on.
Beginning in 2014, Australian cycling team ORICA-GreenEDGE will race, train, and relax in technical gear from Swedish brand Craft. Wear a kit from a team as well-known for their on-the-bike prowess as their off-the-bike music video antics, beginning with the ORICA GreenEDGE Replica Bib Shorts.
The bib shorts were constructed from three separate fabrics. The primary front and back panels were sewn from Craft C333. This is a dull-finished polyamide knit that is both flexible and supportive. It is warp knit with a double-weave construction, and this gives it a highly compressive quality. In fact, combining this material with a high elastane content has earned it the Lycra Sport Certification, which combines the highest values of elongation, compression, and wicking properties. The side panels were sewn from C507. Similar in construction to the C333, this fabric is actually 30g per square meter heavier and is designed for sublimation to ensure vibrant, crisp colors. Finally, the straps of the bib shorts are made from the highly elastic C145, to provide good ventilation and durability.
The bib shorts are form fit and were designed with the moving body in mind. To this end, the panels have been cut to follow the anatomy of the body while in the cycling position. All of the seams have been flatlock stitched to minimize chafing, and the leg hems are silicone printed to keep the bibs in place without the irritation of thin elastic.
The bib shorts feature Craft's Performance chamois to keep you riding in comfort hour after hour. This multi-density chamois was sewn from three layers of Oeko-Tex fabrics and foams. Not only does it provide support for your sit bones and cushioning for your soft tissue, it is also antimicrobial and moisture wicking to keep you cool and dry.
The Craft ORICA GreenEDGE Replica Bib Shorts - Men's come in sizes Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large and in the color White.
