Craft Hybrid Weather Glove $0.00
Happy hands, happy riding.
Winter's icy grip should not adapt itself to the grip of your hand. After all, with the absence of insulating fat and the subjugation to direct windchill, your hands take the brunt of bad weather while you're in the saddle. To combat the cold, Craft made the Hybrid Weather Gloves. A glove within a glove, the Hybrid Weather Gloves not only insulate your hands, but they'll protect them from the snow, wind, and rain as well. If you have four seasons, these gloves will have covered for at least three of them.
Craft's Hybrid Weather Gloves are a two-in-one glove made from a blend of exclusive Craft fabrics. For easy shift and brake lever functionality, the exterior of the inner-glove features silicone grippers at the fingers and palm. Additionally, the pointer finger and thumb tips are smartphone compatible, meaning that they can effectively swipe and select on a phone's touch screen. The inner-lining uses the soft brushed Flex fleece fabric that is not only warming, but also adds an extra layer of windproof protection. The exterior of the inner-glove is made from a laminated polyester knit with an elastic microporous film. Together, the layers' fabric blend makes for a hand-conforming glove that's windproof, waterproof, and highly breathable.
For colder weather, the inner-glove can be paired with the Vent Air Wind removable mitten. This mitten works as an encapsulating shell that adds additional warmth and element protection to the inner-glove. The mitten is also windproof, waterproof, and features a reflective print for safer night riding.
The Craft Hybrid Weather Gloves are available in sizes from X-Small to X-Large, and in the colors Amino and Black.

What community has to say
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I have these in neon yellow and love them. I usually wear a liner underneath and have ridden this entire winter and rarely been cold. Last Saturday was 10 degrees and I rode forty miles, the last ten in a blizzard, and my fingers got very cold. I imagine there are no gloves that will keep you warm on a bike ride in a polar vortex. Still, these did a pretty darn good job! Also love the bright yellow, IDK why CC does not carry those ones. Trick- buy these in the off season--- bought mine last summer for 20$ on amazon
Well Rounded Glove/Mitten combo
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I bought these gloves for the single fact of not having to switch between gloves and windproof mittens in the winter.
First Impressions: Nice light, soft, tight material, keeps hands warm. Fairly durable, although I haven't crashed with these. I have smaller hands w/ long fingers so I went with a size Small and they fit perfect. The wrist on these gloves is tight (I have a 16cm wrist and it leaves little room). I also like this though because it will keep water and snow out.
Glove fingers are slim but fit my hands very well. Grippers on the inside fingers/palm. Touch-phone index finger pad works great.
Vent-Air wind shell (mitten part) is easy to get on and off and even has its own little storage compartment on the back of the hands. Can put a hand warmer in there too!
Haven't got the chance to test in serious cold yet but will put these through the ringer this winter. For the price (sub $40) how can you go wrong?
Not quite completely awesome

When it comes to the intended use of these gloves, they are fantastic. The windbreaker mitten works really well, and they are warm without being overly bulky. Every time a blizzard hit the northeast US this winter, I was out running wearing these and my fingers stayed toasty the whole time. If I started to get a little warm, I would take off the mitten part for a few minutes to let my hands cool down. My only complaint is about the fit of the gloves, which is really bizarre. I do not have small hands, and I have quite long fingers. However, the first pair of these gloves that I had were a size medium, which is what I usually wear, and the pointer finger and thumb were SO long that I could completely fold them over down to my first knuckle. So I exchanged them for a small, and the thumb is still about a quarter inch too long! The rest of the glove fits snugly, so going down yet another size isn't an option. If you have really long thumbs, these will be perfect. If you have average or short thumbs, these gloves will not fit properly.
*Update after the Antarctic Ice Marathon: Wore these with a thin glove liner underneath and my hands were warm and toasty the entire race. Being able to flip off the wind mitten for some temperature control was great.
Is the Vent Air Wind removable mitten...
Is the Vent Air Wind removable mitten included with the Craft Hybrid Weather Glove or is it required to be purchased separately?
Appears to be integral.
