Craft Elite Bib Shorts $0.00
Comfort till the end.
Putting in Pro miles and Pro efforts calls for clothing that can handle the efforts. The Craft Men's Elite Bib Shorts are built to the same standards as the bibs they give their pro riders. The cut, the paneling, the stitching, the chamois are what the pros ride. And if they can put in 250km days in them several days running, you can, too.
The most salient feature is the Craft ergonomic fit. They've totally moved beyond the straight-panel scheme to have lots of curved panels that better wrap around your legs. And to control the stretch and increase on-skin comfort, the panels are joined via flatlock stitching. The spandex employed is Craft's C315 fabric, which is knitted elastic: great for compression and thus increasing comfort. Because grippers are something many find a distraction, these bottoms do away with them, sewing in a spandex that is backed with a ribbon of silicone tape. Sticky without digging.
The bibs are shaped so they don't need a full back to ably and lightly support the bottoms. The bibs themselves are stitched out of Craft C102 mesh. The mesh is woven from a hexagonal fiber, which is excellent for transporting sweat away from the skin and to the jersey.
The chamois is Craft's Elite, a gender-specific multi-density stretch pad that utilizes four different technologies. It's the same one you'll find on their Elite Body Control Bibs. There's high-density foam with exploded air bubbles in the middle of the sandwich for extra support, three different spots where gel in injected, three different sizes (yes, size-specific pads), and it's all melted together to form a single molded object before it is sewn into the shorts. You'll only notice that you don't notice.
The Craft Men's Elite Bib Shorts come in Black with accents. The inseam is 23cm. Sizes run from X-Small to XX-Large.
