Size up was too big!

So in American bike jerseys I'm typically size L. In Castelli I usually go XL. From the comments here, and my past experience, I ordered XL, and it is too big! I exchanged for size L, and while the jersey fit better in general, now the problem of the arm holes being too high is REALLY obvious. Man, what a good-looking jersey too! Just doesn't fit right. The parts I don't love about this jersey are the sleeves - that they're set in (instead of raglan) and that they're floppy at the ends like a T-shirt.

I had to change the star rating down to three because the fit problem isn't in the sizing, apparently.

Next time you have loose sleeves just take the jersey to your local dry cleaner, for $10-$15 bucks they can tailor them tighter. I have the opposite problem in that mine are usually too tight, however my wife is rather thin in the arms so this was a perfect solution for her!
If you're worried about affecting the graphic, have them run a seam in the underside and ask them to do a flat stitch if you're worried about irritation.

I couldn't agree more about the sleeves. I normally buy a small or medium... bought a medium and have never had sleeves fit like that. My t-shirts have tighter-fitting sleeves. Too bad because I like the matching bibs.
