I prefer the performance bar
It doesn't taste that bad but it is a little too syrupy for me. I'd rather just use a energy powder in a bottle of water. If the packets were half the size it might be better because you'd have to drink a ton of water with one of these to prevent gastric distress but once you open it your kinda committed to finishing it unlike a bar. The apple cinnamon is my favorite but I haven't tried a ton of them.
