Great Cassette

These cassettes have a great smooth feel to them just like the rest of the 7900 series drive train parts! Since they are so smooth together they are quite and seamless.

This is 6700 series Ultegra. 7900 is Dura-Ace.

I've been running Ultegra clusters on my Dura-Ace bike for the past couple years. No problems at all. With Ultegra clusters at half the price of D/A, it is a "no brainer".

Hello, I currently have an 11-23 ultegra 6700 cassette with a compact crank 50/34. I do all around training and races including crits and hilly races. What would you recommend for a new cassette? maybe an 11-25 or 11-28? I am not a super climber and need some help in the hills. Thanks' a lot !!

Walo, Not sure how much you would miss an 11 tooth cog up front, but I would go with 12-25 with a compact crankset. However, if you need a lot of help with the climbs then 11-28 might be best. The 12-25 is nice since the cluster has shorter jumps between shifts; whereas the 11-28 goes from 21-24-28 on the low end.
