Back for more!!!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Just grabbed yet another roll of the best bar tape on earth! No other bar tape goes on my bike. PERIOD! The comfort and quality is, in my opinion, unrivaled.

Best tape out there.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is in my opinion some of the simplest and best bar tape out there. You get a soft texture with ample stretch and length to easily wrap any set of bars. Having a ton of colors is always a nice plus as well.

The Original Cork Tape

It's good, basic cork tape. Years ago Cinelli cork tape was all there was. There is a much larger selection available now, some with more padding and some with better grip, but this one matches the decals on my bike.

Great tape with sweet colors!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is the best cork tape available. It has a great feel, it's very durable, easy to keep clean, and they give you plenty material to wrap even the biggest drops. Also, I'm a big fan of the color options! Don't kid yourself... you know it matters.

Nice feel, improved comfort and grip

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Believe it or not, I actually put this tape on my lawn mower handles because of the good reviews. It works not only on bike handles. Not only does it improve comfort, but also gives a better grip.

Nice innovation Ivan!! I'll have to try that.

Classic Cork

What could be said that hasn't already been complimented below?

In short, this stuff makes for the perfect introduction to what you've been missing in the world of cork bar tape. Color selection is superb (I went with Celeste, mandatory color selection for my Bianchi). Tape feels great under the hands and you get more than enough tape to do a solid wrap job.

If I'm paying for it, this is my go-to tape.

Feels Good

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I really like the feel of this tape in my hands. It provides a great grip, and really reduces the stress caused by vibration. The multiple color options is what caught my attention in the first place, and a friend recommendation sold me on it. I had to get the Celeste color as it really lends an Italian flair that any cyclist can appreciate.

Can't go wrong with cork!

Love this tape, i was a little doubtful it was going to provide enough cushion upon unwrapping it the first time but after getting it on the bars its the perfect amount. Gives you good grip with sweaty hands on those warm summer days. Comes in tons of great vibrant color options to match up with any color scheme. Nice durable tape as well, I havent had any issues with it shifting, and it has saved my bars a few times without tearing.

The classic tape

I don't wear gloves most days so I like a softer, padded bar tape. This is the go to for bar tape. Simple, clean and makes your bike feel like new.

The classic

In the world of cork you basically have two good choices -- Cinelli and Arundel. If you'd like something with more of a less dense and airy feel, I'd suggest Deda's tape. But cork kills vibration and has a nice feel that makes it easily the best selling option out there, with Cinelli being the leading brand. And make sure to consider white! Everyone always goes black, but white makes any bike look sorta new.

The Standard

I love this tape. I've only used other tape when it showed up for free, or came with a bike. And I usually end up replacing that tape with this stuff in fairly short order. It feels great, wears well, shows the right amount of acquired grime, and provides good grip in wet and dry conditions. I always go with tan-it makes every bike look better.

Recently, though, the classic colorless debossing has been replaced by an inked debossing that makes the tape look more like the Prologo tape. This is an unfortunate development, and I've scoured my local shops to lay in a stock of the old stuff, but it seems that it was a running change, and just about everyone was caught by surprise.

nice feel

this is my first time using cork tape and i like it. it's got a nice, soft, semi-cushiony feel to it. great colors, i got the orange one and it looks great on my black cannondale. the cinelli logo adds a nice, subtle classiness to it.

also, there is plenty of tape so there is no need to worry of running out for the inexperienced handlebar wrapper

Thick, absorbent, smooth, inexpensive

I actually bought this bar tape to wrap a pull-up bar instead of just using climbing tape because I wanted the extra padding and absorbency. It does the job just fine and the celeste color is pretty awesome. The adhesive isn't too sticky, so it's easy to un-peel and redo if you mess up.

classic cork

Nice cork tape available in so many colors, there's one for even the pickiest of matchy-matchy builds. Comfortable, durable, and inexpensive, perfect for changing once or twice per season. Adhesive is mostly unnecessary, as it leaves behind a fair amount of residue on your bars, and the cork discolors somewhat quickly, but for this durability at this price, I can't complain.
