You don't always get what you pay for

This is basically four bucket pockets and a little pocket with two straps on it. It's pretty solidly made, but sorely lacking in features. If you want interior pocket features and organization, keep looking. The carry handle is really disappointing, and the knapsack pocket with the fold over flap looks like a velcro afterthought. The two tall pockets on the outer front are both velcro flap trash, too. The pack does look good, and the laptop pocket is good for what it claims, but I bought a Gravis pack six years ago for $35 that has better utility (and a better impact cushion for the laptop). The Citadel might suit your needs, and if I had to I could probably make it work for me, but for this price point I expect better value-to-money.

Had a problem, company fixed it

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I had a fairly serious problem with the product that had originally caused me to rate the product with 1 star. However the company responded with much more gusto than I expected after a bit of prodding. I am changing my review to 5 stars based on their response.
