Good for my runner

I gave these as a gift to my husband, and he loves them so far. He runs 15 to 20 miles per week. They've helped keep him in good shape. Will definitely consider buying more pairs in the future.

Great compression.

I got these on sale, and I find them to be greatly beneficial for my running. Less fatigue is mainly the best part of these socks. I use them mainly for long runs, and shorter easy runs. I would NOT recommend using these for high-intensity exercise, like speedwork. I did that once and they hurt. I love these for recovery, pre-race, and use during long runs. Super-breathable, durable, eye-catching. I think they look really cool with some short shorts or compression shorts. I have very skinny legs and I got a size III. A little bit of a trial to get on, but only 2 minutes or so for both.

Best Compression Socks I have tried

I have tried many different types of compression socks and the size III in this model fits me the best. I've put these through the wringer as a recovery sock and a sock I wear when I travel. I do find that my legs feel refreshed and recovered after wearing them. There are 2 things I recommend about these and other compression socks: 1) If you leave the house wearing them, please wear long pants and do not wear shorts. 2) I don't know what benefit these provide when you wear them cycling? I do know they make you look silly when you wear them while cycling!

Agree...don't wear with shorts or prepare to look like a schmuck.

Great for calf tightness/cramps/soreness

First lets be clear .... a pair of $60 socks is a ridiculous notion. With that out of the way these are actually great for reducing calf cramps/tightness and soreness. I found this really helpful when making the switch to minimalist running shoes and forefoot running.



Also, fit is really important with these. So be sure to measure your half with a tape measure and follow the fit guide
