That's because it has used CoolMax fabric for the interior layer against your skin, and Meryl Skinlife fabric on the outside, which induces a natural balance between skin and fabric. Moisture is evaporated, so you stay drier; it also prevents odor build-up.

The mid-foot has a support band that helps form the sock into a comfy, cushioned and perfectly contoured layer. The six-centimeter (or just over two inches) ankle cuff hits that sweet spot on the ankle between giving you enough protection around the Achilles to prevent unwanted rubbing, and keeping the tan line low down the leg.
