I've struggled with arm warmers that won't stay put but these are perfect. Because of this, I'd say they run small as do most Castelli products. I purchased the black/fluo and always wear the fluo striped warmer on on my left arm so that its facing traffic.

Love these arm warmers. They have a soft fleecy lining which is perfect for keeping warm whilst hanging around at the start of rides and are small enough to roll up and stick in back pocket once warmed up
