Please read for sizing advice
Yes, jacket it very sweet. i would say it performed above expectations. Rode with jacket and the Castelli base layer in low 30 degree weather and stayed warm. the wind stopper is the best material ive worn yet. Sizing... order a size up, no questions. I am 5-9 180, normally a Large, but thankfully got to try one on at a retail store before I bought. Went with the XL as the Large fit was closer to a Medium. I now have a little room in case I want to add another layer. The looks of this jacket are so good, you will find yourself wearing for more than cycling.
Not as Advertised
Everything about the jacket met specifications and lived up to the hype but i was disappointed that the Black jacket came with white under-arms. The website advertises it as entirely black with three stripes but the jacket arrived as aforementioned. Everything else was quite satisfactory. I just wish I received the jacket I thought i saw in the photo. Just like all the other reviews, the jacket runs very small. I'm 5'10 185 and I bought the L and I definitely should have ordered the XL.

Spunto Jacket-SWEET !
This is a really nice jacket. Very good looking, comfortable, warm and breaths well. Works well with a light base layer for temps in the 40's. Colder temps you can layer up and zip up the high collar to stay nice and warm. Does a great job cutting the wind also. Sizing runs small just like all Castelli. I'm 6'1 200lbs and wear a 46" coat. XXL fits with enough room for a thermal base layer. Get this jacket and you won't be sorry.
Castelli Spunto Review
Sizing: I'm 5'10", 195lbs, 44 inch chest and purchaed XL. Castelli sizing chart seems to be accurate so follow it. Jacket fits w/ base layer but is snug. Would have like to try xxl to compare but none available. My greatest concern is that jacket is not very long and will creep up and expose my back in cold weather.
Styling on this jacket is a "5" and the weight is perfect for 40-55 degrees. It is more than just a good shell as it has a fleece inside lining.
Only other iniital concern is that zipper malfunctioned (split) once but seems to be behaving now. Time will tell. This is a quality jacket but would have liked it to me longer in back.
Anyone know what the weight of this jacket...
Anyone know what the weight of this jacket is? I know it's light, but, curious to know what it weighs. Thanks.
