Failed After Six Washings!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: Large

A hole developed in the toe after a few washings. I notified customer service and received a snarky, condescending response about how it was MY FAULT the $20/per socks failed because I did not wash them by hand! Are most cyclists interested in washing socks by hand? So, they are pretty and feel good, but apparently CC believes it's better to stock merchandise that does not stand up to ordinary cyclist use and care patterns, then lecture customers on product care after they fail, than to vet and stock items appropriate for the most rigorous sporting uses, such as cycling. DO NOT PURCHASE!
