Downhill biker's delight.

Primed and ready for high-speed action, the Camelbak Skyline 10 LR Hydration Backpack was built to keep up with you when you're tearing up aggressive downhill trails. It has a lumbar design that offers maximum stability when you're sending jumps and banking turns, and it has enough room for a long day's worth of water and all of your essential bike tools and accessories.

In addition to holding a reservoir with three liters of water, the Skyline also has space for snacks, a CO2 pump, an extra layer, spare tubes, phone, and keys. A bike tool organizer roll keeps your tools in order, and a helmet hook holds your brain bucket when you're hitching a ride back to the top of the trail. The shoulder stabilizing yoke, waist belt, and sternum strap work together to keep your pack from shifting during your ride. Multi-layer EVA and ventilated mesh in the back panel offer all-day comfort, and the tough-as-nails nylon fabric can withstand abuse sustained during high-speed slams. Rounding things out is a magnetic tube trap that stows your tube in one click so you spend more time riding and less time fumbling with your pack.

Great pack

This is the first Camelbak pack I have ever purchased. High quality zippers. Lots of compartments. Very comfortable to wear while I'm cross country mountain biking. Im 6' 1" tall and 195lbs and works great. Highly recommended.

    Next Level Riding Pack Design

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

As advertise the Skyline sit the packs weight just above the hips for excellent weight distribution when riding aggressively. I am a pretty skinny person so I am forced to tighten the waist and chest straps to their limits. The waist seems sufficiently snug but the chest strap could probably stand to be a bit tighter.

The magnetic tube trail is nice but it does take a bit of practice/adjustment to get used to releasing the hose.

Overall I am very please with the Skyline and I would definitely recommend it to riders of any discipline.

Keeps your center of gravity low

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I use this Mountain biking 4-5 days a week, riding either in corner canyon or Herriman the areas are mostly single track .
I like the pack does not move around and carries plenty of water.
The tool wrap is sweet and holds tools great but my 650b spare tube does not fit so I tuck it above the bladder .
The is room for my Patagonia dragon fly jacket and three cliff bars .

My favorite pack for all biking….period. When you use the compression straps on the waist that wrap around the reservoir, it virtually eliminates all movement when hucking. No more pack hitting you in the back of the helmet. Integrated tool pouch ($25 value) included.
