It has a sticky, flexible sole inspired by climbing-shoe rubber, 3D Hex
lugs for grip, and Omega Flex Grooves for easy rolling onto the ball of
your foot. Brooks also included a Nav Band on the upper to keep your forefoot from slipping around in the shoe, and designed the PureGrit with neutral support for medium to high arches, which will keep you smiling as you put the miles behind you.
