Don't keep T1 waiting.

Since its introduction in 2006, Blueseventy's Reaction Full Wetsuit's focus on buoyancy and flexibility has made it one of the most popular fullsuit models that we carry and that we line up against at outdoor swims. The key difference between the new model and its predecessors is undeniably beneficial, with the Reaction now featuring Yamamoto's C39 neoprene throughout its entire construction. With the added buoyancy, you'll already be clipping in while T1 is still waiting for your competition to arrive.

The neoprene is distributed in different thicknesses according to Blueseventy's 4-5-4 ratio, ranging from 4mm at the chest to 5mm at the torso and thighs then back to 4mm for the lower legs. This maximizes buoyancy by keeping the hips high in the water, creating an efficient, "downhill" swimming position while maintaining freedom of movement for your stroke, and it's supplemented with additional 5mm panels on the back of the hips that reduce body roll, helping to correct any inefficiencies.

The Reaction's 1.5mm neoprene in the arms and underarm gussets also allows for increased shoulder and armed movement while the VO2 chest panel is split to allow for uninhibited expansion of your lungs and diaphragm. The Reaction also features Blueseventy's Orange A-Flex inner jersey, providing a quick-release from the suit heading into T1.

Finally, it's worth noting that the entire suit's neoprene is SCS-coated. SCS is a hydrodynamic, silicone coating that provides an added level of buoyancy and reduces friction between the neoprene and the water, ultimately requiring you to exert less force in order to gain more speed.
