Insert somewhat humorous cage-fighting reference here

Cheap plastic bottle holsters might hold onto your gear on the road, but the burly Blackburn Mountain Water Bottle Cage was built for pedal-churning rides in the mountains. Oversized aluminum framing secures your water bottle tight so it won't go flying when you float over a rock garden at mach looney.

  • Tough, oversized aluminum cage
  • Several colors to choose from

Does exactly what it's supposed to do

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

A simple cage for water bottles. I found larger water bottles like the Camelback insulated bottles were a bit difficult to get in and out of the cage while on the bike. Otherwise, works great.

You can't go wrong at this price!!

The standard / original style water bottle cage offered by Blackburn which has stood the test of time - You can't really go wrong at this price point!! It does what it states ...

Does it's job at a great price!

It's a super cheap water bottle cage, but does everything you would need...so basically it's great for holding your water. Really bright and colorful.

Cheap and Colorful

I'm not a fan of spending money on water bottle cages, but I like to leave the Camelbak at home and my bike needed some color. $5 and it does exactly what I need it to.

    simple and cheap

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Pretty standard, doesn't cost hardly anything and holds your water!

    Simple and effective

Very nice bottle cage, hold bottle snug so far. Easy to mount on the bike also. Bought black and a red but the red was almost pink but it was for my daughter so it worked out.

    Perfect and Simple!

I was looking for a simple bottle cage for my bike, and this one is perfect! I ordered the blue one, it is a lighter blue in color than seen here.

    Perfect match

I agree with all comments. Just want to recommend as it may useful to know that "Klean Kanteen 27oz Classic Water Bottle with Sport Cap" keeps pretty tied. It would never fall from this holder.

    The classic for a reason

Jim Blackburn started out in 1977 in Santa Cruz CA making aluminum bike racks and soon his classic aluminum bottle cages. They still have not been surpassed (though often copied). Blackburn is now part of the awesome Easton/Giro group.

Classic design, strong yet light, unbreakable, affordable.

      Simple Enough!

You get what you see. Seems sturdy and light and the price was right! One thing though it didn't come with any hardware, but I am unsure if others do.

      gets the job done

this cage is durable and gets the job done... fits most all bottles with a simple bend of the bars if needed; not the lightest, but if you're not Lance why care?!

Utilitarian Bottle Holder. Does the Job

The Ford F150 of bike water bottle holders. Function over form. Durable and holds your water bottle.

Totally agree, Aaron,...'Function over Form'...everything else is just a waste!!!
