Item # BEL0083

For any sequence of events.

Designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of riders and a wide variety of riding styles, the Bell Sequence Helmet is our recommendation if you tackle everything out there, or if you're not sure what your style is yet and you want to give it all a go. Bell's In-Mold technology bonds the outer shell to the liner to ensure strength without bulk, so the helmet can be trimmed down and generously ventilated without sacrificing strength. Those 24 vents channel air over your whole dome to keep you cool, even on the hottest days up slow, grinding climbs. The cam-lock strap adjusters and the TAG (or Twin Axis Gear) retention adjustment system team up to promise you can dial in the right fit, and the repositionable visor helps to keep both the sun and debris out of your face.

Protecting my best asset

I recently took a fall on a mountain bike ride and it cracked my old helmet. I faired well overall and I owe that to my helmet. There are a lot of helmets to choose from out there but the biggest things that I look for are ventilation, material that will help distribute the impact of a blow to the head and light weight comfort. The Bell Sequence Helmet has met those expectations so far.

What I've learned from my old helmet is that a good helmet is designed to sustain one or two blows and then it may need to be retired. Hopefully you buy this helmet and never have to retire it due to impact to the head. However, it is one of those investments that can save your life- absolutely necessary.

I bought this helmet in a medium I am 5'6" and 125 lbs with an average sized head approximately 22inches in circumference.

Protection & Quality

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought this helmet for my son after he got in a pretty bad crash. The previous helmet he had was just a cheap one purchased from the store, so I wanted to get him something that was quality, but not to expensive. For the price I am actually very satisfied with my purchase so far and the fit seems to be just about right for his medium sized head, but again my primarily reason for purchasing it was protection and the quality seems to indicate it will do it's job in a crash.

very good helmet

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Just finished 100 mile non stop mtb ride in Moab (12 hours) using this helmet. Bought because of very good ventilation and all day comfort.
Performed excellent. Very comfortable. Visor works well for sun blockage. I have other helmets as well, but rate this up near the top for the above reasons. It does not disappoint!
